豆角········200克牛肉·······300克面条········200克洋葱······半个料酒······1勺淀粉·······半勺豆瓣酱·······1勺生抽·······2勺芝麻油·······半勺盐·······半勺白糖·······少许
(以上食材可根据个人口味酌情增减)
① 洋葱切丝、豆角切段、牛肉剁成泥,加1勺料酒、1勺生抽、半勺淀粉,腌制10分钟;
面条·······200克猪肉······200克青瓜·······1/4根胡萝卜·······1/4根豆芽·······一把黄豆酱······2勺甜面酱······2勺酱油·······1勺老抽·······半勺蒜末······1勺姜······4片白糖······少许(以上食材可根据个人口味酌情增减)
① 猪肉切碎,剁成肉末;
② 锅内倒入比平时炒菜多一倍的油量,下肉末,炒散至肉末发白,再加4片姜,炒至肉末吐油,装盘并挑出姜片备用;
③ 继续起锅热油,倒入蒜末,再加2勺黄豆酱和2勺甜面酱,翻炒均匀,倒入少许凉白开,熬至酱汁浓稠,酱香就慢慢溢出来了;
